Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: 
To guarantee a house, guests must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay. If a cancellation is more than 30 days before the reservation date, the deposit is refunded less the cost of one night per house reserved. Any cancellation less than 30 days, and the deposit is non-refundable. The homes has no obligation to give any credit to guests if they leave early..

Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy:
If you desire earlier check-in or later check-out, notify the consierge team at least 24 hours in advance. More advance notice is better. We will always try to accommodate your request, but obviously it depends on reservation activity before and after your stay.  If we are unable to accommodate your request, you are welcome to enjoy the facilities of the Hotel Todo Bien and keep your bags at the reception.

Act of God Policy:
At the complex sole determination, you will receive a credit for a future stay. The spirit of this policy refers to natural disasters only, not lack of wind or travel complications due to airlines or itinerary changes.  We encourage guests to buy travel insurance.

Credit Policy:
Home credits, when applicable, are non-transferable and apply to room fees only, not food & beverage. Any credits are valid for 12 months or less from the issuance date. 
If you are using a prior credit, please book your home online and pay the normal 50% deposit. The convierte team will apply the credit to your final room charge at check-in.

Quiet time after 10 PM.
No glass allowed around the pool or hot tub area.
Free parking on property.
This is a smoke-free property.
